Lands' End Cotton Oxford Stripe Pillowcases - King - Deep Sea Navy Stripe

I live Oxford sheets. This pair of pillow cases was bought for extra pillows. The cases feel smooth, yet sturdy. Just what I wanted.

The material is nice. I bought these for odd sized pillows and they fit.

I miss the buttons. They kept the pillow in the case really well. Please bring them back. Note. these sheets are not no-iron, which is why they are so comfortable. You do need to iron the edges occasionally to keep the side hems from curling up. Well worth it for the comfort.

Love the sheets but miss the button close in the pillowcases. Added an extra dimension that upgraded this set

I would use these sheets in winter and supper. The wash good and dry with little or not wrinkles

The fabric is substantial. I have washed once and they came out of the dryer really nice. I think they will last a long time, and I love the tiny pin stripe.

I have 2 sets of these sheets from, wow... 2 decades ago! I have purchased extra pillow cases over the years. I'm back for more, but where are the buttons? I love those buttons! For now I'll sew them on myself. I'm not equipped to do the buttonholes. :(

I have owned several sets of these, and they were sturdy enough to survive my sons entire childhood...They will seem a bit stiff at first, but will soften beautifully over time with washing. A classic timeless staple!

I feel I ca honestly review these sheets as I have been buying them for 13 years. The pillow case buttons are GONE! What the heck, one of the main reasons I bought! The beauty of these sheets was that THEY WRINKLED, if customers don’t want to iron and/or have wrinkled sheets, buy supima!

These feel like a man's shirt and they are wonderful to feel on your skin.

I read the reviews before I bought these and everyone was right - these are one scratchy set of sheets. However, as you indicated they soften with washing. I washed them before I put them on the bed, but my husband, who can fall asleep any time, anywhere, on anything, noted that they were pretty scratchy. So after two nights, I took them off, washed them again (I use a mild detergent), and before putting them in the dryer, I put them right back through the wash with about 2 cups of vinegar. That made a huge difference. For those of you who might not know, vinegar is a great fabric softener. I use it oft and on to fluff up towels and it never leaves any odor. I have washed the sheets again since then and again used vinegar and they are getting softer. I like them because they are a nice heavy cotton, good for winter as I don't really like sleeping on flannel sheets - I get too warm with flannel. They may shrink just a little in the dryer however, as I don't think they were as good a fit this time when I put them on.

Second set of Oxford sheets. Really like the weight for all seasons!!
