Worst hose ever! Kinks with no pressure in record time

We keep this hose coiled on a hose rack when not in use. I went to put water in a bird bath that is 40 feet away from where the rack is. Nothing but grass between the two and it twisted and kinked in 11 places. I spent more time trying to get water to come out than I did putting water in the bird bath. I have even tried taking it off the rack, coiling it on the ground, so it won't kink. It seems to me that once it kinks, the hose material remembers where it kinked and is prone to kink in the same spot. The only two good comments about this hose it is lite and doesn't leak. I have owned 11 homes in my 50+ years of marriage and don't have a count on number of garden hoses owned, but I will say this is the worst hose I have owned. Buying another brand today.

Aqua Joe is so easy-to-use and keep hiding in my RV. Would definitely buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love these hoses from Aqua joe and have a few now that we use for gardening and cleaning out the pool filters. They are so lightweight and so easy to handle and since they do not weight a lot, I can take the entire hose all over my property without near as much effort as a regular hose. Normally I would get my teens to move the long heavy hoses for me, but this one is no problem. It's very compact, doesn't take up much space and isn't as much of an eye sore as some hoses. The hose does kink if it's not flat or you are not careful rounding corners. This isn't really a complaint, you just make sure it's laid out correctly like you normally would a hose anyway. It is described as kink resistant, I think that is they key word, resistant but not kink free by any means. It is still a superior hose in my opinion to other options. My oldest Aqua Joe hose is probably a few years old, showing no wear and tear, never had any issues with it whatsoever and it lives outside in the Texas sun.

I was worried that it wouldn't lie flat after being used a few times, but it still lays very flat when not filled with water. I was also worried about the pressure being restricted. I had that issue with a similar hose from another brand. But this hose has the same pressure as my old school green hose. It runs my sprikler in the side yard just fine. And it's so easy to roll up and carry! I'm very happy with this hose.

The connectors are very solid, and I have had no problems with leaking. I think I would have preferred a darker color but I'm so happy with this hose it doesn't even matter. It's lightweight and dragging it anywhere is easy. You can tell by the way it folds its made of a much better material then the regular rope hoses. It has not kinked up or gotten into any kinds of knots and I've been using it for 2 weeks now.

The first think I noticed was how lightweight and well-constructed the hose was made. It connected easily to my RV. I simply unrolled it and the water on. The water pressure was perfect and I was able to rinse and clean with ease. Since the hose is flat, it rolled up easily for convenient storage. I was also super impressed that it is BPA-free and lead-free which makes it safe for drinking water. I love this hose!!

The length is perfect for what I needed and it’s easy to move around the yard as needed compared to others it’s not that heavy for moving it around as our pool is on our side of our yard and the garden is on the other. Puts out a great amount of water and I haven’t had any kinks when moving it around definitely a great purchase if looking for a water hose. It’s very easy to out on a roller and roll it up to keep it stored out of the weather would definitely recommend

I can't believe I have struggled with the stiff, kinky, hard-to-use, regular hoses for all these years. I never would have thought to try a marine/RV hose for my garden, but I'm sure glad I did! It was simple right out of the box. It's lightweight and so easy to handle. There are absolutely no kinks and it's extremely flexible, so you can pull it around corners if you need to. The water pressure is just the same as any other hose. Best of all, due to its lightweight and flexible nature, I was able to reel it back up into my hose holder in a fraction of the time!

I hated the cheap hoses where it would crimp and not fold easily and also causing leakes pretty early on in it's life but this hose was well tested before I left my review and I'm shocked by its quality and flexibility. Does the job that hose needs to do and then easily goes back to how you want it and does not shrink in cold temperature either

We have a second story deck and I’m able to attach it to the lower spigot to water plants on the second floor. The hose wraps easily around the railing for east access. I like the white as it blends in nicely with the white railing.

The hose hasn’t gotten any kinks in it, as described, which is great! The hose connection ends are working perfectly for a leak free expel of water, which is better than most hoses I have used! This will prevent burnt little hands. It also doesn't get kinked up and can take being stepped on by a 1000lb animal, so that is great. Obviously white isn't the best choice for a barn but who cares of it works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was tired of the old vinyl hose that was hard to unwind to use and hard to rewind. After using it had to lay it out flat before rewinding inorder to get water out. With Aqua Joe unwinding it was easy and using it did not cause any kinks slowing down water. Rewinding it and getting water out was as easy as opening nozzle and draining the hose rewinding it was easy.

The white sheathing was an interesting choice as it appears to dirty quickly but the sheathing is soft and bendable. Once drained it’s very compact and takes very little space to store it.
