Rug complaint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this rug on the floor 1 week ago and it looks awful. The thread is coming off and the colors already look so dirty. I would love a refund so that I could find something of better quality.

Fun & True to Screen Color

Vibrant colors, fun rug makes me smile and goes well in my mid century home in Palm Springs. Even better is that I got it on sale. Seriously considering purchasing another for a guest room
