Country Life Maxi-Hair® Plus Skin & Nails, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

I have been using this product for about two months, and I think it’s pretty good. I cut my hair about half way through the trial because it was very damaged, but ever since then I’ve noticed better curl patterns, less dry hair, and it seems to be growing a little faster. The short hair is the after picture, while the long is before.

I feel like I notice a big difference after taking this for a while. My nails are much stronger and don't break or peel like they used to, and they grow almost annoyingly fast! I also noticed I'm definitely losing a lot less hair whenever I wash it, and my hair feels generally fuller now. The one thing I will say is that it didn't seem to help a lot with the thinning patches I have around my hairline, but otherwise I love it! (Country Life® Vitamins gave me this free product to try.)

Not sure I see major changes, but my hair does seem more shiny, soft, untangled from taking these supplements. I took them daily for two months and I’m pleased with the results, even without them being dramatic. Pros: -Not sure it made my hair grow any faster, but it does seem healthier (more shiny, soft, bouncy) -Skin and nails are happier than ever, -More than just biotin, this supplement has a TON of other beneficial qualities/ingredients. -Trusty brand and product, vegetarian and gluten free. -Really like that it comes in easily recyclable packaging!! Cons: -The pills are a bit big, and the serving is FOUR of these bad boys. Difficult to fit a daily serving in a weekly pill organizer. -Because the capsules contain powder, they’re tricky to swallow (tilt your head forward/down to make it easier). -If taken without food, it can upset my stomach a little bit. These are easy to take and also easy on my stomach. Didn’t see a huge difference in growth with my hair but my nails are growing so fast. Taking 4 of these suck but you get used to it.

Country Life® Vitamins gave me this free product to try. I have had trouble growing a beard since I got out of the Army. Maxi-Hair Plus has given me a noticable growth in my beard. My barber also mentioned that it felt more full when shaping it a couple days ago. The only draw back I had with the capsules is when taken on an empty stomach I would burp something that I could only describe as alfalfa in taste and smell. Some juice or a small snack was enough to deter that minor inconvenience.

I’ve been using and I have to say, it works incredibly well—almost too well! I noticed significant hair growth in a short amount of time, which was beyond my expectations. If you’re looking for a supplement to support hair growth, this definitely delivers. Just be prepared for a lot of new growth! Overall, it’s an excellent product that truly works.

This is the most fantastic product within two weeks I can notice a difference I have never in my life had long nails, and they are so strong and my beauty operator said she couldn’t believe how thick my hair had gotten. I have told all my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like this product. It's like a biotin vitamin, plus a b complex. The packaging is a dark colored glass jar. (For me that was a good sign because some complexs, medicine, and vitamin can lose there potency when exposed to ligth). My biggest issue is the product directions. It's recommend to take 2 pills twice a day. That's lot; especially for someone like me who already taking a multivitamin plus 7 other vitamins and supplements in my daily routine. What I would like to see in this product if they would be able to cut down the number of dosages from twice a day to once a day, but without increasing the size of the pills. The pills are not super big but they are not small either.

These pills are really hard to swallow, I have never had problems with taking pills but these get hung in my throat! So I guess I will never know if they work bc I can’t take them

I’m not saying anything bad about these vitamins they’re wonderful I like the fact that they’re in a glass bottle. But this particular one. Maxi hair plus skin and nail! If you have any lung diseases or any immune deficiencies DO NOT take this medicine. I am so sick it’s not even funny I finally figured out it was the vitamin it’s all those maxi blends at the end the end of all the vitamin listing All those chemical compounds google them and read side effects. If you have lung diseases or immune deficiencies do not take this vitamin it will make you extremely ill.

I’ve been using Country Life Hair, Skin & Nails for a few years now. I got Covid July 2022 and noticed that I had hair loss. I switched to Hair, Skin & Nails Plus. My hair is still thin but feel that I am not losing as much. Still using Country Life.

These vitamins are easy to take. There are no side effects. So far so good. These are definitely a repurchase. I appreciate that they are gluten free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the branding and bottle of this product - it looks and feels premium and reliable. The problem for me is the large serving sizes. It's 4 tablets per serving each day (shown in the photo for context), and ingesting that many pills as a supplement was a questionable thought for me. Unfortunately to add to it, my nails are still peeling off and chipping due to weakness (which I was hoping the product would most help with) so I can't speak to any noticeable efficacy yet. Hopefully with consistent use that will change.

So far these have been fine for me although they are little larger than I would have liked making them difficult for me to swallow. They haven't upset by stomach like other vitamin brands have in the past. I'll keep taking them but so far I haven't noticed any changes in my hair.
