Q: DD. D. Do you have a video showing assembly instructions? I built the base and stand but the egg is very hard to make the top and bottom to screw in properly.

Sorry I purchased

The base was easy to put together, but the chair was impossible! We could not line up the holes to scew in! The chair is made of plastic, and don't think a tall person would be comfortable. Also, I tried to call customer service as rhey say in the instructions, but does not provide any way to contact them.
