Great rug, poorly packed

It’s as described in terms of color and quality, but they should have used a sturdy cardboard tube to rile the rug or something. Instead they just rolled the rug around itself and due to storage/shipment in vacuum sealed plastic, the rug ended up getting squished and severely creased everywhere the rug was rolled. I’m not sure if it will ever lay flat. This really seems like a solvable packing issue vs a rug issue. It seems unfortunate.

Goes well in small spaces complementing the big rug and runner I have. Bought it as a set. Color goes well with everything.
