Easy returns

Working with this company has been so easy. I loved this rug and wanted another in an adjoining room with sight lines. I purchased and returned two other rugs before I found the perfect one. All the rugs were nice but they didn't quite go with the colors or decor of the room. By being able to return them easily, I was able to get two beautiful rugs that I love.
