I love the versatility of a kitchenaid mixer and would not buy any other brand. Power when you need it and nice, smooth, even mixing when on low. Whips frosting like a pro. Kneads dough easily. Looking forward to whipping up my macarons.

It was time for a new mixer, so I purchased this beautiful and functional unit. The walnut bowl is simply gorgeous and very easy to care for. The attachments are stainless steel and much heavier than the old galvanized attachments. The motor is much quieter as well. I like my kitchen countertops clear so I have maximum workspace. However, this mixer is so gorgeous, it’s got pride of place on the counter.

The bowl is GORGEOUS and even though it takes a bit of care I think it's worth it since this mixer lives on my counter. I've used it twice and the motor seems appropriately strong and to be working well. Such a time saver - I wish I had one in my younger years.
