Disappointed, the photo is misleading in my opinion. The color and design are accurate however the pile is not the colored edge is what one would expect however the central neutral main part of the carpet could not be flatter and thinner . That by the way is not due to packaging, or lack of attempting to vacuum, it’s the nature of the materials used and make for an in person enormous disappointment. I have attempted to return it and hope that the company does honor that, I had trust where now I honestly don’t. I had even used the “view in your room” part of the website and looked at every photo. Unless one intends to use it for a high traffic area with lots of kids and pets it won’t add texture or an in depth feel that most buyers of rugs want and it’s hardly my first purchase, The old saying “ you get what you pay for” applies. It’s also a reason I don’t like buying heavy pieces like rugs online. Be very cautious.
