design flaws

anchors attched to the four corners do not receive any screws provided to secure the 2 long and 2 short sides. impossible to assemble. round screw/hex anchor. all parts present. box arrived open.

Not worth it

Everything all together :( They sent us mismatched base plates that don’t fit the screws, and you would never know that until you are in the midst of assembling the pergola. We reached out to the vendor but they didn’t not hold any responsibility towards this matter. Also, the packaging it came in was prone to just get destroyed when you try to open it, due to a lot of duct tape that was around it. We finally initiated a return and when we asked about at least a box to help us return the pergola, negative again. We looked everywhere to find a big enough box to pack it in, but it was a nightmare:( Then we found a box a close enough to the size of the initial box, boxed it and returned it within the return window provided. Dropped it at UPS store using the return label provided , and now it’s been 10 days still saying it’s at the UPS store. Do not get yourself in this nightmare folks, please 😩😫😭
