Journee Women's Danna Ruched Penny Loafer, Brown 11

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these loafers from Journee and Influenster complimentary of my honest review. Unfortunately, these were a big disappointment all around. The style was a complete miss. They make my feet look flat and long. Very difficult to style and actually pull off. They’re extremely uncomfortable and overall seem poorly made. There’s visible glue at the seams. The material on the back of the one heel was worn through before i had even taken them out of the box. The ruching is uneven and too deep at certain spots making it dig into your foot. The padding on the sole of the one shoe is misaligned. I honestly would be very upset if i paid full price for these. Cannot recommend.

I love the fact that they're a different kind of color, and they look great with my jeans. I can't wait to wear them for Valentine's Day because they are perfect for my outfit. They are well-made, super soft, comfortable, and the ox blood color is amazing. I definitely recommend them, especially if you work in an office or want to dress up or down — they look fantastic. These are the best penny loafers I've ever gotten, and I can't wait to buy another color.

They have a nice cushioned insole. They have a nice sized heal. They have a narrow fit but still comfortable.

They fit a little snug but I think with wearing them they will stretch just a bit too be perfect. They are nice and light weight and seem really nicely made. They are a surprise to open as each show has its own dust bag.

The fit of these is exactly what I hoped! I am a true 7 and the 7 fit like a glove. There is no heel slipping! The chunky heel is so cute on these too. It makes it looks slightly dressier but the feel much more comfortable than I anticipated. I love the simplicity of the style. I think it will go with anything! So excited to add these to my wardrobe!
