No vegan option
Me and my husband we used to take one a day regularly but one thing we noticed it has enzymes that stopped us from having it. We wish they had some supplements with vegan option. Other wise it’s reasonable and has everything needed.

My go to vitamins
I take them few days a week for overall health benefits. I prefer to take them over other brand as they don't give me stomach pain or discomfort. I just wish tablet was smaller and easier to swallow

These are great ,very necessary , and so happy to have vitamin for older age group .
I purchased this to give my mother . The pill is pretty small, doesn’t have a bad or bitter taste, gluten free , easy to keep track of, and easy to swallow and digest,even on an empty stomach. She has experienced no side effects. What makes this so great is its a formulated all in one vitamin with the key vitamins needed to help with aging once you hit 65 and up.Good value and great price,I will definitely support these products for a long time.

Works great! Gives my husband everything he needs every morning. It has lots of the necessary vitamins and minerals and also has other ingredients that help him wakes up in the morning and are good to replace what he lose through sweating when he runs. They are a bright green color also, so if you take multiple supplements, this stands out easily. I have reordered 3 or 4 times now.

Suggestions regarding the vitamins and doses.
Overall it is a good vitamin. I am glad there is no vitamin E because I bleed when I take it. I can tolerate the Vitamin A levels but I also bleed when the daily amount is excessive. The Niacin is too high considering new research and the fact that we are also getting niacin in the food we eat. The normal amount for Niacin is 14 mg for women and 18 for men so - whoa on niacin! You should definitely Lutein and Zeaxanthin for the eyes for our age range.

My father who is 72 years old take this daily and has been for many years. He doesnt take many other vitamins, minerals, or other supplements. Just this and fish oil.

Finally a SMALL tablet!
My mom searched high and low for an appropriate multivitamin for seniors that *wasn't* a gummy (she hates those) and wasn't big enough to choke a horse. We finally found Proactive 65+ and she's really happy with them! Not exactly a "mini tab" as advertised, but they are significantly smaller than other vitamin tablets, and they have all the ingredients Mom wants, and nothing she doesn't. THANK YOU!
