Good complex
I used to take this supplement for a while. I couldn’t notice any significant changes to my health but overall I’m still young and healthy and guess it is why. I’m thinking to resume taking this vitamins as they have all I need in one bottle.

These 1 a day vitamins are great. While I will admit they are bit on the big side to swallow, they still work well for someone like myself who has a problem with getting all the vitamins I need daily from my food. I tend to not have the greatest diet and these help greatly. In the months that I have been taking them I have noticed my energy level increasing and being that the only thing in my diet that has changed is by taking these vitamins then I feel it's a win/win

I have been taking these for years and love them. The size is perfect for a petite woman that has trouble swallowing larger pills. But I am having trouble finding them in my local stores. I finally found them online. PLEASE!!!!!! DO NOT DISCONTINUE MAKING THEM.

Love the Product and Size
I have used Women’s One A Day formula for 15 years. Once the pill got a bit bigger I switched to these petites and absolutely love them. I feel they give me the right balance of vitamins and energy. I’m 50 years old but look like I’m in my 30s. Maybe it’s a coincidence :-)

Small and effective
These vitamins are good. You take 2 thinner and smaller pills but it has the same effects as the big one. They don’t taste like anything, than again I never let it sit long enough to acquire a taste. I choose these over the big ones because for me it’s easier to swallow. These are a staple in my cabinet and I will continue to purchase.
