I take these One-A-Day MultiVitamins to assist when I may not be getting all the vitamins I require through food. The packaging is convenient and keeps the vitamins fresh. The vitamins has a slight taste but it is pleasant. A great value for the cost.

Formula change ruined my skin!
I’ve taken one a day for many years and the change in formula has made me break out like I am a teenager at 41 years old! Reduce the biotin and the B vitamins back to the previous levels and then I might buy this again. This happened before with your prenatal gummies and the biotin. I had to switch to a different vitamin to clear up my skin. How dare you change the formula and not make it obvious on the package. It’s totally ruined my skin.

After browsing the shelf for about an hour, I decided to choose these as my everyday multivitamin. Only to get home, take one, and start having really sharp pains in my chest. I thought maybe it was indigestion so I took another one a day and a half after only this time right after swallowing the pill, I started to vomit ridiculously. This product is not a good if you’re looking for an everyday multivitamin and you may experience more side symptoms than actual health benefits.
