Q: I can't tell if there is an opening from the small scratching pad area with the cabinet opening to the actual space where the litter box is housed. It seems crazy to have to leave the cabinet open.

  • A: The cabinet door opening direction cannot be changed. The mounting strips must be installed according to the instructions in the manual.

Missing instructions, can't contact anyone for help. Some pieces arrived damaged so the pressboard is exposed and really stands out against the black material. Not sure where to buy replacement scratcher boards for the doors? Weird situation.

Not worth the price

Could have been a great product. Box arrived heavily damaged along with some of the hardware so the drawer does not install. It’s a third-party not through Target so there’s no help at all getting replacements. You’re only option is to tear it all apart and Send it back and try to order another one.
