Most uncomfortable chair on the planet
I have owned a secret lab and razer chair and used each for years. I was looking for something with more back support and found this chair on several review pages. I have used it for less than a week and am already experiencing extreme back pain in my lower and upper back. The chair does not have enough cushion and so your spine sinks down to the hard frame both in the lumber area and the upper back area where that frame portion curves back in. It almost seems intentional once I felt it, because it is aimed right at your back. There does not seem to be a purpose for it ether, its just cosmetic, but its part of the frame so there is no way to adjust it. I have tried several different adjustments and nothing prevents it from stabbing you in the shoulders.

Best Chair Ever!
I have the C7 Morpher, had it about a month. I suffered lower back pain and hand/wrist pain daily after working 9+ hours a day. After using the C7 Morpher and getting my adjustments perfect, I no longer have severe back pain and my wrist/hand pain have let up. I don't know how I survived for all those years without it, definitely worth the money.

A good chair, but overpriced for its shortcomings
It took almost 2 months to get the chair, and I was hoping they would have incorporated the armrest updates promised to another reviewer more than six months prior. The chair seems to be of good quality and comfortable, but there are a few things that could be better to make this chair great and worth the price point. #1. The back adjusts, but it still does not adjust enough to put me in an upright position. #2. The armrests still do not lock in place and move constantly if I put my arms on them. They do lock for up and down motion, but a lock for any movement would be ideal, as this is very frustrating because the armrests won't stay put, and I constantly have to fiddle with them (see picture). #3. At 6'3", I was supposedly well within the range of this chair, but the headrest does not have enough adjustment to be usable, which is disappointing if I want to relax. This needs to be improved and provide much more range of motion, including several inches higher and inward to accommodate taller users. It also needs greater robustness as it seems a little flimsy and afraid will break as it is a thin plastic frame and seems to be an afterthought. #4. The seat cushion's forward and back adjustment is not enough to give me room to sit back in the chair and have space between the back of my knees and the front of the cushion with the cushion adjusted fully back. The cushion needs to be a little smaller, it seems. I can't imagine a tiny-framed individual being able to sit comfortably in this chair. With all that said, I question the value of this chair even at its sale price. It isn't a bad chair, just needs some tweaking by Flexispot to make it a great chair and worth the accolades their marketing claims, and worth the premium price.

perfect but I want a padded headrest pillow cover!
Wonderful, but one small issue. I just got my my C7 Morpher with footrest and I couldn't be happier! The chair works beautifully as both an office chair and a recliner, and is extremely comfortable both sitting forward for work and reclining with the extended footrest. I do however have one complaint that causes me to take away one star: I bought the chair with the headrest primarily in mind. I want the headrest to sit in the most forward position possible - I don't want to have to lean my head back to meet the headrest. Unfortunately, the headrest does not lock in place - especially as forward as I would like to go. It too easily slides back further than I would like. I wish there were a stronger locking mechanism that would really lock that headrest in place. I quickly found a solution - I just put a standard bed pillow over the headrest, secured in place by the pillowcase around the headrest. This provides the exact cushion and comfort that I want, but I will need to take it off for when Im on video calls. I now wish that you provided pillow cushions (in cloth or especially leather!) that we could put over our headrests, for those of us who want our headrests to feel like a bunch of pillows in bed. I should emphasize that, other than a plush leather headrest pillow cover, I couldn't recommend this chair more highly! I love this chair and with the extra pillow headrest it is exactly what I had hoped for!

Great Chair
This is a great Chair! I have a bad back and neck, and this chair adjusts in all the right ways. Don't be afraid of its complexity. Once you get used to all of the different ways it can adjust, it is fantastic. My chair came with adjustment levers on the bottom of the seat vs. tabs on the side. I'm a little dissapointed with that because they are hard to reach while you are trying to adjust the chair to the desired position. I also flipped the head support upside down (Its just two bolts). I have one major caution. The armrests are very annoying. They move with a ball and detent system, and it is very noisy and annoying. It wouldn't be so bad if it were hard to move them, but the slightest pressure makes them move and "click, click, click". If you want to put any lateral pressure on them at all, it just moves out of the way. I dismantled them and modified them so they wouldn't utilize the detents and just work on friction. This saved the day and allowed me to focus again. I'm still giving it five stars because it is a great chair, and it was modifiable.

Love my chair !!!
I got this chair for my condo in Germany just six weeks ago. LOVE it. Two differences: 1. rounded adjustable one piece leg rest - GREAT 2. color choice - GREAT, I got mine in silver grey mesh. So as soon as they upgrade the US model to the European choices, I'll get it here too.

It’s expensive for what it
It’s expensive for what it is. I have another office chair that I paid half for that is almost as comfortable. The extendable foot/leg rest is a nice feature.

We’re glad you enjoy the extendable footrest feature. While our chair may seem pricier, it’s built with sturdier quality, backed by SGS and other certifications, and comes with a 10-year warranty for lasting peace of mind.

The company was great from
The company was great from the start of the process: they contacted me almost immediately after I placed my order to let me know that the seat style was no longer available, and did I want to substitute a different material or cancel the order? I accepted the substitute, and the package arrived very soon thereafter. The chair itself was pretty easy to assemble, with the instructions and provided tools more than adequate for the job. Ultimately, this chair feels very sturdy, if a little shorter in the back than would be perfect for me (a long-waisted 6&4" male, @250 lbs), and all of the components feel like they will last a good long time. Also, I find it quite comfortable once I got used to it, with the lumbar support providing much of the long-term value throughout a day&s work. Great product, would definitely buy again!

It&s a pretty decent chair.
It&s a pretty decent chair. A+ for back support and comfort. However the leg extension doesn&t seem. to sturdy. I didn&t see many reviews on this chair except one youtuber. However after leaning back enough. I think I should of went for the bigger version chair.

I dont like the foot
I dont like the foot rest. Pretty sure it will break in no time and it’s somewhat obstructive when stowed away and not in use. I’ll be removing it from the assembly

Very comfortable chair for both
Very comfortable chair for both work and gaming, mesh back helps keep me cool. The cushion was a bit firm the first couple weeks, but I don&t notice it anymore now that I have broken it in. Overall I&m very satisfied with this chair.

A little bit of effort
A little bit of effort to assemble, but not bad. Quite comfortable. Seems sturdy enough. I put the "rollerblade" style wheels on it from my previous chair. . . it glides around so easily. Still figuring out the controls. . . they are different from previous chairs, so not intuitive yet. I&d forego the footrest if I bought another.

ALMOST perfect for tall people
I am 6’4, 240lbs and this chair is ALMOST perfect. I have owned and tried a lot of chairs looking for the perfect combo based on my height and comfort, and this chair comes closer than most. I love the 4d arm rests, back support, and the different ways you can adjust the headrest. The only thing I do not like about this chair is that if you are sitting with your back straight and butt towards the back there is a gap between the back of the seat that your butt/tailbone sort of hang over. Most chairs have a seat adjustment where you can slide the seat forward or backwards, or at least multiple screw holes underneath so you can move the seat, however, unless I am missing something this one does not. If I could slide the seat back a few inches so the backrest was closer to the seat, this would be the perfect chair.

Thank you for your feedback! The C7 Max does have a seat depth adjustment feature. It&s the adjustment lever located at the back left of the seat cushion. Pull up the adjustment lever and push your hips outward to adjust the seat depth. Lift up the adjustment lever with your hips off the seat, the seat will automatically reset. Total travel distance of 1.96". Let us know if you need any assistance!

It&s mostly comfortable. Ergonomic designs
It&s mostly comfortable. Ergonomic designs usually are not regulated so it&s a shot in the dark. The foot rest is so downwards sloped that it&s uncomfortable to use sometimes. Overall the chair is very downwards sloped so it feels like I&m going to fall out of it. I understand it&s a desk chair and not an armchair but it would be nice if there was an option to wholly lean back and make the footrest more feasible. I&m always thinking that it&s about to break because a lot of pressure gets put on it.

I am extremely happy with both my premium Ergo Office chair and my standard standing desk. They are both high quality and easy to operate.
