Previously Opened Box and Missing Items??Items

The box I received had missing and previously opened parts, and the manufacturer's suggestion was that I wait 3-4 MONTHS "for the factory to custom manufacture" them. Absolutely obscene, this company should be ashamed.

Decent for the sale price

It’s a nice bed for the price. The locking mechanism for the drawers is just a screw that latches into a hole. I wish it something more secure. The instructions were decent. No words. Just a diagram and numbers. The assembly of the drawers wasn’t as clear as it could have been to know how to secure the metal brackets. I have only had it assembled and sleeping on it for a week. So far I haven’t had an issues. Had I purchased it at the regular price I would have been disappointed. But as the sale price it’s worth the purchase.
