Disappointing quality

I wanted to love this but the quality is just bad. It was missing screws and customer service can’t assist, so I went out and purchased them. Finally got it put together and it looked great for a few days. Because of the design the arches started to sag, which was compounded by rain catching on the top. Within a few weeks of assembling the entire structure was sagging in the middle. Had to take it all apart (after spending two hours to assemble it) and return.
