They essentially stole from us

This was delivered to us with the heating cable broken /crushed and they refused to send us a replacement cable. They said they can pick it up but it has to be in a box big enough which is impossible because it’s huge recliner that came partially compressed. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not order this as they stole our money.

Do not buy

Very cheap material, the massage mechanisms (which only vibrate) dig into your body when they’re not being used because there’s almost no cushion. Returned right away.

Comfy to rock

The chair is so comfortable. The set up is easy takes less than 10 minutes. My only complaint is the massage function, it’s really just a vibration but not the reason I hit the chair so not a deal breaker for me.
