Whisen Large Pet Crate with Rack, Drawers, Stainless Steel Basin - Black & Grey

I really liked how this looked online and we did manage to get it together because I didn't want to go through with the hassle of returning it. I'm probably going to forget to mention some of the problems because there was something wrong with almost everything about this item. 1. Worst instructions I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. I'm certain that it wasn't put together 100% correctly but hey, it's working for the intended purpose. 2. The latch on the door was bent on arrival, had to pry the latch as it was stuck bent diagonally, the position it's supposed to be in when unlocked needed to be bent down before it could be used, another concern with this is somebody might cut themselves on it letting animals in/out. 3. The bars for the back side should have been straighter or possibly longer. They kept falling out and needed to be bent back in order to stay in properly. 4. Several other pieces arrived with broken welds, bent brackets, and the drawer for the food & water dishes had a hole that was too large for the provided bolts so we had to just skip one. 5. The tray for the bottom where animals lay inside arrived broken, fortunately it wasn't broken to the point of being unusable. I did use Gorilla Tape on both the top and bottom in 3 different places as it was definitely not safe without doing something. 6. Wood shelving pieces were all good aside from two pieces being slightly damaged which we used that for the back left corner. 7. The last thing I'm going to bother mentioning which isn't necessarily a problem, I just thought it was weird. The paper packaging for the wood said Huggies on it, lol.
