I love the faucet but, quality is subpar
I've had this faucet for several years. The gasket inside the sprayer head will eventually deteriorate and squish down to the point that it greatly restricts flow through the sprayer head. This happens once a year where I have to contact customer service and ask for a sprayer head replacement. Luckily they warranty this faucet but, I expect more out of a $500 faucet.

Stylish
I purchased this product a few months ago and have been pleased with its appearance and features. The one issue has been the strength of the water flow which is much less than my previous kitchen faucet.
