Especially before period, the symptoms get worse. I've been taking this Women’s Wellness Menopause Relief for a few weeks and had less night sweats and hot flashes, even before my period which was usually bad. I also woke up less often in the middle of the night. The soft chews are tasty, soft and individually packed, so I can stash them in the bag for on-the-go. The container arrived when it's hot so the chews kind of melt and got sticky. But the next day when left in cool place, they got back in shape and not sticky. Gifted by Force Factor.

My only one complaint would be that I wasn’t crazy about the flavor. It’s definitely tolerable but not the best tasting. So far after taking them for a couple weeks the main thing I’m seeing improvement in is my nightly hot flashes. I’m not getting them as often which is amazing. I have been taking two of the Women's Wellness Menopause Relief chews in the evenings after dinner for the last couple of weeks. The ingredients in these- black cohosh, chasteberry, dong quai, and red clover to help been shown over and over to ease the common symptoms of menopause like from hot flashes, mood swings and fatigue. Even if you are not in menopause it would be useful. The texture is like a starburst and this flavor is really nice. Not too much sugar and no weird additives. I feel that I have a bit more energy and focus after using.
