brown rice lasagna

I read all of the reviews. 1st I was going to cook the lasagna 9 minutes, but then they kept saying it will with stand being over cooked. So I DID IT 12 MINUTES WHEN IT SAID 12-13, RINsED IN COLD WATER. . IT CAME OUT TERRIBLE in pieces and mushy. Made it into lasagna and it was all mush. I am almost tempted to use the lasagna raw from the start...I have five boxes, hopefully next time will be a lot better.

THE best brown rice pasta you can get.

I was excited to see that Swanson carried all of the types of Tinkyada pasta since our WF no longer carries it. I have even fooled my Italian in-laws with this brand only. Others fall apart easily especially on reheating. Put it in a pan and heat SLOWLY, or let come to room temp. You can nuke it but I wouldn't-it's organic, why ruin it.

I couldn't believe it's gluten free!

I was able to enjoy eating pasta again! I loved the flavor and my family loved it too! I am definitely order more in the future because it is not only delicious but it is also less pricey and convenient to order and have it delivered to my house!!!
