Extremely disappointed

Super disappointed. The chair was clearly manufactured in a sloppy manner, and the back and seat don't properly align, so basically I wasted my money and need to get a refund. I have back problems, and that was the whole point of getting this. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!! From now on, I will only buy assembled furniture, I'm done with companies like this -- the directions weren't even well done.
