Whisen 5FT Artificial Christmas Tree with 1129 Tips, PE/PVC Mixed Needles, Wide Base, Metal Stand - Green

NEVER purchase anything sold by Target that is a 3rd party vendor. We purchased tree in October knowing that we had an extra 30 days as a Red Card holder. Well, the return window starts when the seller SHIPS the item NOT when you receive it. Box arrived damaged but we thought we had time if the item was defective. The seller sent the wrong tree, completely different brand. We put it in garage and when we opened it in the beginning of December it was the wrong item shipped by a 3rd party seller. We missed the return window BY THE 2 DAYS it took the seller to ship the item. Had we purchased at the store the return window does not start until we HAVE the item in hand. What a bunch of CRAP that is. Valerie the person we spoke to agreed 100% that it was a STUPID policy but REFUSED to let us return the item. Target should not sell 3rd party items that do not have the Target return policies. Tree is garbage; will be thrown out after the holiday. Thanks for wasting our money Target; you suck.
