As a regular customer over the years I appreciate your products and your service. However, this is the first time I've ordered the 3 foot drops and my electrician had to rewire condidering their was only 2 1/2 feet of wire in all the drops...

I have installed about 15 of the 52" wifi fans. The are easily controlled through Echo devices but highly recommend installing Google Home because the new Hunter app works seamlessly with it even if you don't use Google home automation. The fans are quiet and last. The new Hunter app makes install even easier.

Decent fan…did not come with a remote control wall mount

The fan has been installed for about a month now and is working ok. I have the fan working in winter mode at its lowest speed (25%) and that speed still moves too much air. I really wish a slower speed was available. The fan also has a slight wobble. The WiFi function doesn't t really seem to serve any purpose, the remote is all you really need. Maybe Hunter can use the WiFi connection to update the firmware and provide a slower speed selection, that would be nice.

The light bulbs are worthless unless you want a night light with your fan. The fan itself is great.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this fan. Multiple times a day I have to manually power it off and back on just to get the Wi‑Fi to reconnect. Without doing this, the fan will not appear in Apple Home, making it unreliable and frustrating to use.

Fan works fine with one switch. It says it will work with two seperate switches, one for the fan and one for the light. This is deceiving. This is the only reason I bought 14 of these fans. While it has two separate wires, one for each, the light controlled switch/wire will NOT work unless the fan switch/wire is on. The separate wire for the light switch is pointless since the fan switch has to be on for the light switch to work. I ended up returning ALL of the fans. The wifi app is not intuitive and difficult to set-up, very finicky. Many bad reviews in the app store.

Very happy with our purchase. Very quiet and I like the design. Slight problem hooking it up to my wifi but once I figured that out it was a breeze.

The fan is easy to put together and runs great! Really powerful and smooth! So glad we went with this fan! We just wish it had a downrod that was 4-6 inches instead of 12 inches. 2 inches wouldn’t work because our bedroom ceiling angle and 12 inches feels low, but it works great so we can overlook that!

This fan is the worst smart home device I’ve ever owned. The fan is constantly losing connection and will not operate. Luckily there is a small remote so make sure you don’t lose it as it could be the only way to operate the fan since the smart connection feature is garbage. I do like the look of the fan and if it will turn on it will push a good amount of air. But for all the hassle and frustration the fan is definitely not worth it at this price point.

Great fan! I am only giving you four stars because I think you should change the fan graphic to have as many blades as stars that I am rating. Once you have implemented my idea, I shall return and give you the additional star. Thank you in advance.

I was disappointed to learn once I got my fan that my electrician could not use the three 3-way light switches we have in our bedroom. I would have to return it (after already installed, with no box) and buy a similar less expensive pull chain fan. Hunter should clarify these restrictions in their marketing so noone else gets compromised as I did.

This fan does everything I hoped it would do, I'm setting my A/C thermostat several degrees warmer and still staying comfortably cool with this fan, even on slower speeds. But my favorite thing is the color, the dove gray is soft and coordinates perfectly with my decor.

I already had this fan in my kitchen. But the new one which is in my living room won't connect with the app or Apple Home which is essential for me. I even went to the extreme and deleted my whole Apple Home infrastructure and started new. Same issue. There new App is clunky and the AI is un-nerving.

It’s advertised as whisper quiet motor , however there is a definite low annoying hum when the fan is running on any speed . Very disappointed based on how it was advertised. It’s definitely not quiet !

Love the fan/light, I just wish the light was brighter. It lights up the to move around as see everything, but you just can't read by it.

No humming noise as mentioned in other comments. Satisfied.
