Poor quality item

The item arrived damaged, chipped wood in multiple areas and overall just defected. The item did not have clear or accurate instructions and I was not aware until fully assembled which took 3 hours! There are big gaps in between drawers as they are not aligned right due to the layout. I needed to return but the dresser is already put together upstairs at that and is quite heavy for its size. Not easy to move or disassemble after all of that work!! I should not have to pay full price for this item!
