This item must be returned within 30 days of the date it was purchased in store, delivered to the guest, delivered by a Shipt shopper, or picked up by the guest.
I did not find this very clear but the tufted panel around the base does not fold like an accordian to open, so there is always a section of the base that is opened and visable. So in the lead image the back of the base is closed, once you pull the handles together to close the front the rear will then be opened. It is also not the easiest to "open" and "close". The top storage is were you would store the middle pannel when the table is not extended, when the piece is in there there is no room to store anything else. All in all, table is fine, you get what you pay for. It is an absolute pain in the neck to put together, though. It took about 4 hours.
