Graco Magnum 2800 psi Metal Airless Sprayer

Spraying stain on a deck was never so easy. I definitely recommend using a five gallon bucket! The proper tip is a must have too!

In clean-up I was surprised to just how little paint was wasted, even as little as a pint. The finish is amazing.

This paint sprayer replaced my Wagner sprayer that I have had for years. After completing the prep, primer and paint process, the sprayer started out working well and then clogged easy. I used a pain that had a 2000 PSI minimum, and this sprayer goes up to 2800 PSI. The solution was filtering my paint and still adding a little water. However, it still clogged after a short period of use. If I would have used it as a continued spray, then the flow may have remained without clogging. In comparison, my Wagner sprayer did not clog as much as the Grace. I did like the setup for how the paint flows through the compressor, not requiring paint to be poured into a compartment of the sprayer.

I love this sprayer! I am completely satisfied and would recommend this to anyone wanting to tackle their diy projects. It is super easy to use and makes painting a breeze.

I bought two weeks ago and used it this weekend. I followed all instructions before using. It repeatedly stopped o had to clear it then the switch or motor stopped working. Had to paint entire fence by hand.

Unit works well but lots of over spray, every thing has to be masked off. Spray gun needs some changes.

I have a 30 year old Graco with a Baldor motor, still working great for bigger jobs. I bought this little one for some small jobs at home. It works good, nice soft spray great for beginners. Start up has a lot of steps, seems like it has a lot of unnecessary ones

Once you figure out how to use it, it is great. Just sprayed living room, dining room, kitchen, family room ceiling and walls with kliz2. Perfect!

Paint like a pro... Do a good cleaning when done and you will paint like a pro the next time too! Choose the right tip for the job.

Excellent sprayer, great for larger jobs. I used it to stain a large fence and it worked perfectly.

I bought this to stain a fence, and all went well. Easy to clean and set up. For the price you can't beat it. The only thing I am going to change is the pickup hose, I like the aluminum pickup tube.

This is the second time I have bought a sprayer in 30 years. The old one was another brand and never worked well so I wrote off buying another sprayer for over a decade. I wish I had tried Graco years ago. I unpacked this machine, put it together and browsed over the instructions all in about 30 minuets. Put the pick up into a 5 gallon bucket of semi gloss exterior paint , turned it on , primed it and went to work in 5 minuets. The results? Fantastic! it was so easy and fast I could not believe it! Over the next 4 hours and both sides of 400 feet of fence I kept waiting for something to break, clog up etc. But it never did. I ended up running 15 gallons through it with zero problems. I had to stop a few times to take a break or go get more paint from the store, so I would clean it so the paint did not dry in the unit. Basic clean takes about 10 to 15 minuets for the water based paint and 15 to 20 minuets for oil based just because I go slower. Also so far I have not had to thin the paints, even when painting in 60degree weather.

I purchased my sprayer about a month ago and when the weather finally cooperated, I got to use it to paint the outside of my house. I have never used a paint sprayer before so I am a newbie. But I can say, it was very easy to setup and use. The directions were very clear and easy to understand. I would suggest watching several video's to get some well needed tips. I would recommend this sprayer for the do-it-yourself person. It's plenty of sprayer for painting the outside of your home and inside as well. Be sure to wear a good mask and protective eye wear as the paint does float in the air some and you don't want that paint in your nose, lungs and eye's. Gloves are a good option as well.

I am pleased with this model for the small projects I have. Cleaning is a bit teadious due to using oil based stain but it is managable.

Made painting ceiling in an empty house very easy. Small learning curve make sure you keep spray gun at 12 in from your project or it will put the paint heavy and the paint will run had to back roll the first 5 feet from my fault. Looking forward to my next project staining a fence next month

Works perfectly. Much faster than a roller or brush. Takes a couple times to get the sequence of priming down, but it's not hard. Cleanup with a hose connection is easy. We wasted a lot of paint on the first time we primed, just because we didn't trust ourselves, but later got way more efficient. I suggest starting with a little thinner paint, though this thing will certainly spray thick stuff. My wife loves using this thing. Definitely do good prep, cause it can blow your tape off the wall especially if you get too close. Always wear a mask, and cover yourself head to toe. Block off your area and be sure your heat and air are off, or everything will be covered in paint dust. Excellent machine, wish we would have bought it 40 years ago...
