Beautiful but stopped working within a week

Although these lights are beautiful, I am very disappointed with them. I hired an electrician to come install them for me. Both lights worked for about a week. All of a sudden the light on the left stopped turning on. I tried the wall switch reset mode and that didn’t work. I switched the bulb, that didn’t work. The light seems to strobe for a second and that’s all. I am a 68 year old woman on a fixed income. Now I have to hire an electrician again to come remove it so I can return it and then hire him a third time to come and reinstall it again once I get them replaced. I am not happy to say the least. This will turn out to be more than I was willing to spend.
