Broken items received
I ordered four of these lamps through a two hour delivery and when they arrived only three way of it were available, but all three were damaged. The plugs could not be put in as the opening was defective and moved. The bulb was completely loose and even the base was not attached to one of them now I’m stuck with these three lamps and a nonprofit event with no light at the tables.

Cute lamp but almost every one of them is defective in some way. I've tried two and neither one sits straight. The second one has a loose bulb. Returning them isn't easy either. No curbside they make you come inside.

Ordered 4 lamps for same day delivery and 3 of the 4 do not work and one didn’t come with a charging cord. These were gifts for my coworkers to put on their desks. I tried returning them and they say non returnable.

Very disappointed with this lamp. In my opinion, it feels somewhat cheaply made, and the battery life is poor. Even after charging it fully until the indicator light turns green, the brightness starts to dim within less than 30 minutes and eventually shuts off completely. Another major issue is how overly sensitive the touch controls are. The lamp turns on, off, or changes brightness levels with the slightest contact. I don’t even have to touch the actual power button or just simply picking it up, moving it to another location, or accidentally brushing the body of the lamp can cause it to change settings or turn off altogether. I would not recommend it if you are seriously looking for a beautiful nice cordless lamp. However it is nice for decoration and for occasional use but not for an everyday practical lamp in my opinion
