Q: Hi I bought this lamp, love it, but I don't know how long it takes to charge. The light next to the plug where it charges does not go off, even after 6 hours of charging.

Bought twice and both didn't work

Broken items received
I ordered four of these lamps through a two hour delivery and when they arrived only three way of it were available, but all three were damaged. The plugs could not be put in as the opening was defective and moved. The bulb was completely loose and even the base was not attached to one of them now I’m stuck with these three lamps and a nonprofit event with no light at the tables.

Cute lamp but almost every one of them is defective in some way. I've tried two and neither one sits straight. The second one has a loose bulb. Returning them isn't easy either. No curbside they make you come inside.
