Great fan for a studio
Since it's a snowy winter in Minnesota, I haven't had an opportunity to use my fan. But our electrician said that it was the fastest he's ever put a fan together. And it is perfect for my new attic studio. So happy I went with Hunter vs. many other possible modern choices - I knew that it would be exceptional because we have been buying Hunter Original fans for our homes since 1978 (influenced by Hugh Newell Jacobsen houses). I love the Original look!

Bought 2 and they are great
I put 2 up, they were a snap to install, one in the living room the other in the bedroom both on dimmers, and the speed variation and air movement are awesome, the price of these is a steal, and I flip homes, Hunter is a name that helps sell, and the style is not found in the box stores, they look very stylish...

Controller is very old and not suitable for modern construction. No option to replace the controller.

low profile fan
Purchased this fan for master bedroom with lower ceiling and this fan was the best option for the price. Fan is super quite and has sleek look. My only concern is that I think the speed and transition between speeds takes some time to change. I also wish that there was a remote control instead of just a wall switch.

Not what I expected

It is the right size for our big room with high ceilings, but then I realized there is no light on this fan. I tried to get a light kit for it, but found it it is not adaptable to a light kit. Without a light, I really can't use it. It is a great looking fan, modern and a great color

Cooling power at its best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan is worth every dollar. Install took about an hour with clear instructions. With a nice sleek appearance the white matte finish blends perfectly into my ceiling. The cooling power is unbelievable. I have this fan in a large living room with 20ft ceilings and it cools the entire room on a hot day. It’s runs smoothly and quietly which is what I look for a good fan. You won’t be disappointed. I would definitely recommend.

Installation is no problem as long as the instructions provided are followed. It’s also nice to have the option to mount the fan on a sloped ceiling as well as having two different sized downrods included.
