Sound cuts out, speakers make noise

Bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter. It's her first piano, and it didn't go too well. The sound cuts out, and the speaker is really noisy.

Decent keyboard

I was so excited at first, but the sound quality is really disappointing. There's this weird echo with the keys. It does have some cool sound effects and a good size, but I ended up returning it.

Don't waste your time on this. The piano sounds horrible. It's way off-key and barely sounds like real music. This is more of a toy than a real instrument.

Just the right size!

Got this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, who loves playing on the keyboard at our house. This was the perfect fit and price for her to start learning, plus it comes with an app for lessons. The headphones and bench were a nice touch too.

Default volume is way too loud

We've had this keyboard for almost a year now, and our 3- and 4-year-olds play with it daily. It's holding up well, but the volume is way too loud when you turn it on! We're always having to turn it down.

Really nice setup

I'm a complete beginner and didn't want to spend too much on a keyboard. It's worth the price. The sound isn't amazing, but it's not bad either. Plus, the free 30 days of Simply Piano is a nice bonus.

No customer service if issues

The product was great until the charging cord broke inside the piano. I've emailed the seller multiple times with no response. My grandson is really upset because it only worked for a few months. I'm looking to buy a replacement from a different company now.
