I am 59 and have been using SKINMEDICA Neck Correct Vream since mid March. I see very little change if any at all. Disappointing nonetheless I will continue to use to see if there is any improvement. Will come back to change my review if I start to see any improvement. Hope it works for others. Scent was strange at first, but I got used to it. Somewhat moisturizing. No issues with compatibility.
