Q: How do I make it smaller

A: use the included resizing tool (a small pin pusher) to push out the pins from the links, removing one or more links from each side for balance, and then reinsert the pins in the opposite direction to reattach the band sections. Always align with the arrows on the links and remove pins from right to left to avoid damaging the band.
