I would NOT recommend this item. By the way, I stray away from leaving bad reviews unless it’s warranted. Also, I would think twice before ordering furniture from target. The customer service of return is not fair at all. I did request if somebody was able to pick up the item without me having to unassembled each part for the return- that was not an option. I also requested compensation because bringing a bedframe to target is not the easiest task- no compensation. The only other option was to properly re-box it which is completely unrealistic. There are a ton of pieces and screws to this item, this would take me hours and hours, maybe a multiple day job to get this done. I don’t know how to re-box this item. This item was for my grandma, so I would have no help with doing this. Here are pictures of the ‘brand new’ item we received. Again, no fair resolution was given to me, even though I received a significantly damaged item.
