    This should be zero or negative stars. The entired items was covered in hair and smudge marks and the bed slats were missing. If that wasn't bad enough - I had to contact Target over 5 times to get the return processed correctly. I had this piece of junk sitting in our hallway for over a month. Terrible all around.

    Be aware

    Ordered this bed frame three separate times through Target Plus and every single shipment arrived missing the footboard. What makes this especially concerning is that the bed frame ships in only two completely packed boxes containing the headboard and side rails. There is physically no room inside the packaging for the footboard at all, even though the manual and parts list clearly show one should be included. This does not look like an isolated packing mistake. It appears the product is being shipped without the footboard from the start.
