I don’t know if I missed this bit of info when I purchased but I was shocked when I opened the boxes and realized the TOTAL assembly of this chaise would be on me. Wow! A lot of parts and instructions but I did it. It’s not a plush, sink into the cushion kinda lounger and is quite firm but I guess for the price, it’s not bad. I got what I paid for.
