Extremely frustrated!

Bike is cute but assembly is awful! Directions are horrible to read and trying to connect the brake … I’ve spent 2 hours l, used YouTube for help and it is still not connected. I tried to call support and was prompted to leave a voice mail and allow 3 weeks for a call back… seriously… very dissatisfied!

Missing part - one nut for the rear rack. Instructions to put together the bike are terrible - not user friendly for those who do it the first time and no instructions for some parts. Reached out to the seller for the missing nut and was told to reach out to Target but the only option that Target can do is return and refund which I don't want to disassemble and return.
