Delivery Fail - No Help from ModernLuxe

I like the actual product but am less than impressed with the customer service policies from the provider ModernLuxe (not Target). Target was helpful and apologetic and provided a gift card for my inconvenience. The full story - the box arrived significantly damaged on my doorstep. Although the parts inside were undamaged, the hardware was missing from the set. With the instructions, I was able to go to Ace Hardware and purchase all the appropriate hardware to assemble the bed, but the return policies did not allow for a discount for that hardware purchase. As noted, target was very helpful and kind, and did provide me with a gift card for my troubles, but that did not cover the cost of the hardware that was missing from the purchase. Would strongly recommend not purchase purchasing something from this company for this purpose alone. FedEx was responsible for the delivery and should not have even left it on the door in this condition. In summary, thanks, Target and no thanks to ModernLuxe furniture. Look elsewhere before purchasing from this company.
