    The chair is very pretty and packed very well but foot ring still arrived with a nice big scratch. Annoyingly the scratch is where you would see it vs where you put your feet or, even better, the underside. The directions could certainly be better. They weren’t clear in the first two steps that I was attaching arms. I knew screws were going in but had no idea why I would simply put screws in if nothing was being attached. The other issue is the lift cylinder. It definitely needs an up down or top bottom sticker on it. Lastly time will tell how well the material holds up. The material is stapled in and looks like it could pull out easily. On a positive note, I should be able to replace it easily. Again time will tell. I like that it came with spare screws and 2 spare plugs as I imagine they tend to fall out. The part I find most annoying is I want to contact them about the ring but there is no company name, phone, or email on the directions. It would be too difficult to take the lift piece apart and impossible to repack so I’m frustrated I have a less than perfect chair.

    Good but could be better. Met expectations!

    Chai is good. Wish it had breaks, it moved around too much away from desk. It’s hard to bring down, unless you’re heavy and sit on it. It was mostly for child to get school work done, it met the height expectations!

    Small, wobbly and terrible

    Returning as this is a terrible chair and small. I'm 5,10 and weigh 170, this chair is for kids or someone petite. it's terrible construction and worse than the 4 year old chair I was hoping to replace it with. just garbage.

    Good Quality

    I have an adjustable desk and this chair works great so I can keep it up and use as standing or sitting without needing to adjust the desk. Chair height works for standing desk or lower to sitting desk height. Sturdy chair and rolls easily. Fast to assemble.

    Comfort was the most important

    This was a gift for my daughter, she had to start working from home. She has a bad back and this chair is very comfortable for her to sit for 8hrs.

    You may need an extra cushion for the seat.

    I work 10-hour shifts and the seat of this chair gets a bit hard before the end of the day. Also, the fabric is a bit coarse if you wear a dress or shorts. Otherwise, I like this chair.
