Buyer BEWARE!! Customer Service awful!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I purchased this after a similar glider swing had worn out after many, many years of use. I reviewed a lot of these types of swings before purchasing this item and unfortunately mad a poor choice in this one. There was an issue with the top canopy fabric not fitting the frame correctly, which I documented and reached out to customer service. After less than 24 hours the paint was chipping off around the canopy connection due to the extreme friction of the rubbing and bending on the metal frame. This was in addition to the entire canopy bending due to the defect. Customer service did not provide assistance other then to resend the installation instructions and a picture of what the finished product should look like. Totally useless. Very disappointing for a supposedly “family business “ Not to mention this was not an inexpensive product. Customer Service could have easily rectified the issue by sending a replacement canopy to fit properly, but did not. So unfortunately now I will be returning the entire product for a refund.
