[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 Samsung 27" Odyssey OLED G6 (G60SD) Series monitors for his birthday back in December (spoiled kid, I know. Ha!) They are amazing monitors, perfect for gaming and general use. I'm actually a little envious of his set up. I would buy 2 for myself (I'm a dual monitor type of person) if I had the room for that kind of set up.

The text clarity is a non issue if you use at least 125% scaling, and the colors and contrast are phenomenal. The included stand does well ergonomically, though I'd still recommend an arm. I appreciate that Samsung doesn't go glossy as not everyone games in a pitch black cave. The monitor handles glare well. OLED responsiveness is simply unmatched. Once you go OLED you can't go back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is by far the best I've had. Over the years I've gotten a few different monitors from unnamed brands, 4K and whatnot, but this by far takes the cake. The response time is insane, and the HZ is killer when it comes to making. The colors are absolutely gorgeous and its made playing titles like Ex 33 all the more astounding. When it gets dark in games, it gets DARK. Sometimes I even have to turn the brightness in game up a bit more than normal because of how natural the nighttime lighting looks, or in caves or so. Beyond the playstyles, its response to sunlight is beautiful—the pixels aren't easy to die, and the glare is beyond minimal when it comes to optimized gaming. Unfortunately the best spot for my set up is next to a window, and even then its been fine on the monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful display. This is my first ever OLED monitor. It is a night and day difference from my old 2k IPS monitor. The contrast is incredible. I cant imagine more true blacks. It's plenty bright for me. The responsiveness and refresh rate make for a very sharp and smooth experience. It's thin and light. Fits on a standard mount if you dont want to use the included stand. The antiglare is very nice touch. It will fit well on any other desk. My only complaint is that it isn't offered in black so it won't match most other monitor colors when using a multi-display setup.

Good monitor but auto switch + not working
I have this monitor and I have a ps5 and a gaming pc connected to it. My issue is that I have to manually switch the inputs even though this monitor is advertised as having the “auto switch +” feature where if I turn on my ps5 for example it’s suppose to switch on its own. Do I have to have my pc turned off for this to happen?

An excellent, well-built 1440p resolution QHD monitor. Easy & intuitive set-up, comprehensive control panels, and a sturdy three-axis stand. Beautifully fluid and smooth graphics, colours, and definition. Instant reactions, no lags, tears or blurs. Works well with a RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, clocks a genuine 350Hz refresh rate at 320fps+ with DP connectivity. There may be better monitors in this class, but they cost a lot more; there may be cheaper monitors, but their overall quality isn’t as good. The G6 G70F hits all of my quality, performance, and budget targets. This is The Way!

Great entertainment Display
Got this display in Aug 2024 and i want to say that it's just impressive. Didn't have any problems with it during all time. Extremely beautiful picture, fast in FPS games. Only on minus as for me is: lack of remote control. Sometimes i need to set another profile of contrast brightness and color saturation, and it's really uncomfortable. I would say working on hotkeys or adding remote control would fix this problem, but it's pretty narrow topic so i wouldn't lover my mark because of that. Non pixel burnt out (i was mostly using 30-40 brightness of 50, and medium gamma).

BUYER BEWARE!!!
Absolutely abysmal support for this failure of a product. Had a stuck pixel within months of ownership and after about a year of use, the knob that controls the entire monitor broke off into pieces. Wish I had known about these issues before I decided to purchase. I will never purchase another monitor from Samsung again. Extremely disappointing given the confidence I had in this brand.

This monitor has amazing response time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for school work and gaming, I did not notice very much going from 240hz to 360hz, but what I did notice is the response time is way faster, and motion in games if they run at 360fps, looks life like, its insane. Also just a warning there is this fringe that is noticeable due to the technology of the led placement compared to traditional monitors, but you get used to it in no time and the benefits of OLED make up for it. Colors are phenomenal, and blacks are amazing.

Worst monitor ever dont buy it
Monitor get faulty after 1 year samusung you are the worst to claim warranty they try avoid giving to repair no contact after 2 weeks the promissed someone will contact me in 3 working days, dont buy it this monitor!I can see white lines filckering randomly on my screen i send them video they dont care probably will need to court with them

My first OLED
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor the first oled monitor i bought and im really happy with it! I mainly use it for gaming and school, sometimes for work, and it i didnt really find any kind of big issues i can talk about, i really like the build quality, the monitor stand made out of metal feels really premium and firm but there are some things I want to say about it. My main complaint is the possible settings for it, in my opinion are not super stretchy, meaning that i cant just make the monitor much brighter or much dimmer if i wanted to, maybe i just dont know how to do it but i think i have tried everything now. I think its would have been really cool if it had some sort of "night vision" as some other monitors, but its not really a valid issue that needs to be fixed.

Cheap joystick ruins an otherwise solid monitor
I purchased this monitor from a local computer store and was overall happy with its performance. The anti-glare coating is personal taste but for me, it helped with the glare from the window. This all went south, however when the stupid little joystick on the back of the monitor broke after just a couple months of use. Now as others have said, I didn't treat the thing roughly, I just used it every night to turn the monitor off. I was annoyed but figured I'd just have to live without the monitor for a couple weeks while it was repaired under warranty. To my shock, no, this is considered physical damage and not covered under warranty! So I'm leaving this review here (already left one on the store's website) to warn potential buyers and to amplify the other reviews I see. This is a real problem and there is no solution so buyer beware!
