    Best Oat Milk I have found

    I've tried a good handful of oat milks and this is by far my favorite. The color even looks like dairy milk! I don't actually use it for frothing, but I've made yogurt with it, use it on my cereal and in my coffee. It doesn't have any offensive flavors like some vegan milks do. I love that it's organic and the sugar content is less than most other oat milk products out there. My only complaint - the container size is too small! I hope it will be available in a larger size someday soon!

    Excellent Non-Dairy Creamer! Clean Ingredients

    This is an excellent product, and I really hope Califia continues to make it. Many barista-style oat milks and non-dairy creamers rely on phosphates to keep the fats emulsified, but this is one of the few I’ve found that doesn’t use them. Despite that, it’s still very creamy and froths beautifully in my espresso machine. The fact that it's also organic is a nice bonus. It also scores highly on the Yuka app, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend giving this a try.

    NOT Gluten free!

    I just got rid of a case of this because I just found out its not made with gluten free oats.The non organic one is..Why in the heck would they not use gluten free oats on this one is beyond me.Very disappointed!!

    Curdles every time without fail. Don't waste your time and money.

    I bought this because it was organic and advertised as high quality used by professionals. It's absolute trash and is disappointing you guys still pedal this product without fixing it. This will make me turn to your competitors for all my future purchases. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

    January 25, 2025 Disappointing. I was excited to see the organic carton to move away from plastic containers but no foam and not GF. Expiration 19-July-2025 so well within acceptable use. I will not buy again. Sorry I bought 2 containers! Hope you

    Sour tasting?!

    I bought a 6 pack of this because I couldn’t find the regular barista blend oat milk so I figured I would go with organic. (I was way wrong) I took a sip of my iced drink and thought my espresso was bad because there was a sour taste. I messed with my settings on my espresso machine, even purchased new beans from my local coffee shop and FINALLY realized maybe it was the milk. Low and behold it was indeed the organic barista oat milk. I’m not 100 percent sure what is causing the sour taste but I made 4 different drinks ranging from hot and iced and all of them left this really sour taste and I couldn’t not for the life of me drink it. I thought the date was expired but it’s still good until 2025. Definitely stick to the original barista oat milk blend! Will end up tossing the other containers sadly.

    Oil Separation

    If you have the batch with an explanation date of November 2024 there's a high chance there is oil separation and it won't texture. I went through two 6-packs until I received a batch with a Jan 2025 expiration date which has been amazing. I think the quality control was off for the former batch.

    Why ruining a good product?

    Leaves oil on top, curdles, does not dissolve, and does not taste good. Is it really oat milk?

    Organic is Different!

    I was so excited to see the organic version, but there is always oil floating on the top of my coffee. I have bought two separate 6-paks and all of them leave oil in my coffee.

    why the change?

    I am so disappointed in this new packaging and change in product. When I poured it out, there was a layer of oil even after shaking it up, I thought my cup may have been dirty and so, I got a new cup and poured another cup and low and behold, there was another layer of oil. I made my usual cappuccino with the new barista blend only to be disappointed in the taste! Why did you all change a perfectly good product to this one?

    Tastes great, does not foam at all!

    I love the non-organic version of this and use it all the time for cappuccinos. I assumed (incorrectly) that this product would work the same — I was wrong. It truly does not foam. I've tried multiple days in both my espresso-machine frother and a separate one. No foam. I wish they were honest on the carton as I believed it would perform the same as the non-organic blue Barista Blend!

    Best alternative to whole dairy milk

    We drink this as you would a glass of milk. It’s the closest thing to whole dairy I’ve found. It also makes great matcha lattes and London fogs.

    Looks like you repackaged this. I didn’t see the gluten-free label anymore so unsure if it’s safe for those of us sensitive to gluten.
