WestinTrends Malibu Outdoor 2-Person All-Weather HDPE Front Porch Garden Bench, Pacific Blue

This initially looked very well put together. However on the very first step, there were issues pushing the support into the arm. The Suppport has square corners and the Arm has rounded corners. I sanded the square corners and had to gently hammer the arm in. And then I realized there was no hole in the arm to screw into. Westin forgot to drill a hole in the armrest itself. Not sure how QC could miss a major step like this, but they did. Obviously, no one checked to see if it goes together properly. I bought 4 of these benches so I opened a 2nd bench. It had exact same problems. I would need a 4-5" drill bit to fit the 4" screw. Very very poor quality control. I will contact Westin Trends in the morning. If they overnight corrected pieces ( for the other 3 benches ) I will change my review. Since I've been doing woodworking for almost 60 years, I'll see if I can find a 4-5" drill bit at Lowes and drill the required hole. But I certainly won't do that for all of the benches.

I’m so pleased that Costaelm now makes the garden bench in navy. I previously had to buy the navy bench from a different vendor. I am very pleased with the quality and expect it to last a long time. This will expand our seating with the Costaelm Navy chairs. A few of the holes weren’t exactly right, but with a hammer and some determination, I was able to assemble the bench.
