Pre-drilled holes not done correctly

What I liked- instructions are clear What I disliked and caused me to return: 1. Pre-drilled holes not complete so no way to screw in arms without damaging the wicker which would continue to unravel over time. 2. Metal bars (ugly side) designed to be on the outside which feels like a design flaw -the beautiful side panel actual is hidden (zoom into picture to see metal bars exposed on outside of arm) 3. Cushion not very padded. For price point, I would have settled with buying better cushions- but the actual frame needs improvement
