PleSe replace flaw tap spigot

The red spigot at bottom of bag does not open and close. Hurts fingers to try and turn. Whitevone above works. I have 2 units. Can you replace the red ones with the white ones so I can get the water out from bottom. Bottem does not work when installed in rather one. Pull to hard it could tear.
