    Please change back to old packaging and quality

    I have used these cotton swabs for years; they were my tried and true. I recently repurchased, which to my amazement the packaging changed along with the quality. The new packaging is hard to close after one is removed because the remaining cotton swabs fall forward; you have to touch them and push them back which is unhygienic to me. They are also flimsy in comparison to the old ones. Stop touching things that are not broken! Please return the old quality and packaging!

    Cheaply made

    These used to be my favorite swabs; I bought them for years. Now they are complete junk. The best part about them was their durability, now they bend with the slightest amount of pressure and are mostly worthless. I will not purchase these anymore, and strongly suggest you find an alternate brand to buy, as these are crap. All of these positive reviews are from the original manufacturer, not this new kind. Bring back the original ones!

    They changed the packaging; it now comes in a cylindrical tube instead of the flat version shown online. Unfortunately, the quality of the swabs also seems different. It is a bit hard to describe, but the tips feel and look bushier and less compact than the original ones. I prefer the previous packaging and the original quality.

    No longer flat packaging?

    With the slim flat travel case design, these were perfect for things like the zipper pockets of bags, thin medicine chests, and even pants pockets… until they changed the packaging into a cheap flimsy plastic tube. Now it won’t fit anywhere I normally have them. Guess I’m switching back to name brand. So disappointed.

    Bring back the original ones!

    These used to be my favorite swabs; I bought them for years. Then in summer 2024, they changed the manufacturer (almost certainly to save money). Now they are complete junk. The best part about them was their durability, now they bend with the slightest amount of pressure and are mostly worthless. The photo I took shows an original (on the left) with its sturdy core, and the new one (on the right) with its weak core which bends easily. I will not purchase these anymore, and strongly suggest you find an alternate brand to buy, as these are crap. All of these positive reviews are from the original manufacturer, not this new kind. Bring back the original ones!
