    Great product but new bag opening is terrible.

    I've been using Tidy Cat non-clumping litter for close to 30 years. I've had up to 13 cats in my care at one time for years. Now I have 3 and I've used this litter for all. My gripe is the new bag design. It is extremely annoying and difficult to open the bag. What happened to the easy open design? Please go back to that.

    Drive up workers should be paying attention to names and order numbers

    Drive up really sucked this afternoon l, was brought the wrong order out, had to wait even longer very frustrating when you are hoping that something that should have only took me 15mins to do ended up taking 23mins causing me to be back at work late
