Yummy in my tummy.

Delicious easy meal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice for free in return for an honest review. Red Beans and Rice is. It something we generally eat in my family, however we tried this dinner mix with ground beef and it was a hit. It was flavorful and filling. It's defiantly something we will be adding to the dinner rotation at our house.

So Good & Easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually try making my own lazy version of red beans & rice, but I can never get the spices quite right. Zatatain's makes it so simple! The flavor was delicious, & all I had to add was meat & water. Everyone in my family enjoyed it, I would definitely recommend. I will say, if you're serving this as the main course, the 4.5 servings listed on the box is not enough to feed a family of 4 or 5. I would recommend 2-3 boxes for it to make an entree for a family.

Very nice aroma and texture. I added chopped sausage in mine and the family loved it. No leftovers left. We all throughly enjoyed our red beans and rice meal. A keeper for sure!

Makes a great meal.

I added peppers, onions and celery, as recommended on the package and served it with smoked sausage and shrimp and it was a delicious dinner. The only thing that I could possibly say about it is the beans. Don't get very tender even with the maximum amount of time to be cooked.

Easy yummy dinner!

Some of the beans seems like they were a little hard and might have needed a little longer cooking but other than that it was so good! Would get again!

Delicious, easy dinner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn't something my kids would normally ask for, but we all really enjoyed it! The directions were easy to follow and it was quick to make. We used andouille sausage and added some veggies on the side. This is great for a weeknight dinner and something my kids could probably make, because they love to help cook.

Quick Easy One Pot meal

I started by adding kielbasa to the pot to brown before adding the rice and mix. My family of four (including a very picky eater) enjoyed the meal. Some beans were slightly dry and might need longer cooking next time. Overall, it was a hit with no leftovers and will definitely be purchased and made again.

The best easy cajun dish

Quick, Easy & Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for a review, although I've purchased it many times in the past and will continue to buy it. I really like the flavor and ease of making it. Very little is required, making it perfect for busy schedules and tight budgets. I do sometimes have issues with bits of rice or beans not seeming fully cooked (while the rest is) but it's generally minor. Flavor-wise, this is VERY flavorful with a spicey kick. I enjoy it by itself as a meal, and sometimes add sausage or chicken if I feel like going to extra effort. I've tried other brands but keep coming back to Zatarain's.
